Aggetts Dawn is a 2 bedroom apartment nestled in the exclusive Packet Quays development with superb views east that take in the wonderful seascape from the village of Flushing across Falmouth harbour, the third deepest natural harbour in the world, and on to the Roseland Peninsula in the distance. The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests in two bedrooms. It is an ideal holiday home for a small family, friends, or two couples.

Parking & access: Secure garage parking for 1 medium car. On-street parking can be found locally.

Aggetts Dawn is all on one level, although there are almost 40 steps up to the front door from the secure parking area and a similar number down from the High Street.

Accommodation
Living/dining room: With Freeview Smart TV and BluRay. Sliding door leading to the main balcony.
Kitchen: Galley style with electric oven, electric induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchen window looks out over the main balcony.
Bedroom 1: With king size bed, door leading out onto balcony which has a small patio set, table and 2 chairs. En-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With a super-king size bed and large built in wardrobe. Window with views out over the water to the village of Flushing.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Outside: Large balcony off the living area with outdoor table and chairs.  The Packet Quays development includes a small communal garden with a table and seating overlooking the ever-changing inner harbour and private beach between the two private slipways can be used by guests during their stay and is shared with other residents. Please note the beach directly below the garden is NOT able to be used as it belongs to an adjacent property.

Other facilities: Travel cot and highchair are available. Gas central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included, along with bed linen and towels

No smoking is allowed either in the apartment or on the balconies.

A security deposit is required.

Historical links and local area

Located within the exclusive Packet Quays waterfront development in the heart of Falmouth. The development takes its name from the famous 17th century Falmouth Packet ships that conveyed post around the world and made Falmouth an information hub second only to London in England.

 

In addition to the stunning views, the apartment is conveniently located with just a short walk down the High Street into Falmouth town centre with its fine choice of shops, restaurants, bars, galleries & other attractions. The Royal Cornwall Yacht Club and Prince of Wales Pier are both nearby with the latter offering boat trips to picturesque St Mawes, on the Roseland Peninsula, Truro or the Helford River as well as the regular ferry across to Flushing. The nearest bars and restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk from your front door. In addition to the private beach, Gyllyngvase beach is 1½ miles away.
